Element iN Time NYC offers a 10-day return period for all unworn timepieces and accessories, ensuring your complete satisfaction with every luxury acquisition. All items must be returned in their original condition with all accompanying packaging, manuals, and warranty cards.
Request Authorization
Contact our client services team within 10 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive specialized shipping instructions.
Secure Packaging
Place the timepiece in its original presentation box and pack it securely inside a new, sturdy shipping container with all original protective materials.
Insured Shipping
Ship the package via a trackable and fully insured carrier such as FedEx or UPS, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the shipping carton.
Inspection & Refund
Once our master watchmakers verify the item's condition and serial numbers, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
