What is your shipping policy for high-value items?
We offer secure, fully insured overnight shipping via FedEx for all domestic orders. International shipping is also available via DHL or FedEx, with all packages requiring a signature upon delivery to ensure safety.
Do you offer a warranty on pre-owned watches?
Every pre-owned watch purchased through us comes with a one-year limited warranty covering the internal mechanism, ensuring your investment is protected long after the purchase.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We provide a 2-day inspection period for all online orders. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the watch in its original, unworn condition for a full refund, excluding shipping and insurance costs.
Do you accept trade-ins or buy watches directly?
